About this site
This site describes Missing Clarity’s workflow and systems consulting offer. The examples on the site explain the kind of work discussed; they are not a promise that every business will receive the same result.
Calls, audits, and builds
The free 20-minute fit-check is a conversation to see whether the work fits. If the work is a fit, an audit may be proposed at the price shown on the site. The audit is a working session of up to 90 minutes. After it is written up, there is a 30–45 minute walkthrough. A build includes the audit. If you already paid for an audit and start a build within 60 days, that fee is credited toward the build. If the audit doesn't identify at least $750/month in work waiting on you, the $750 audit fee is refunded. Lost jobs count at your average job value, and your hours count at an hourly rate agreed before the audit starts. Any build scope, price, timing, access, and responsibilities are agreed before work begins. Optional ongoing support, if added, is a paid retainer at the monthly price shown on the site.

Booking is handled by Cal.com. Its service has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use that service.
